48 HOUR THEATER FESTIVAL #57
Page to stage in 24 hours… twice.
A new collection of very freshly written 10-minute plays performed each night.
Six playwrights, six directors, twenty plus actors enter the festival where they are randomly assigned into teams. A theme is randomly drawn from themes suggested by our audience and patrons, and playwrights have overnight to write new plays based on the theme. The next day actors memorize lines and directors shape the plays for that night’s performances.
Six new plays born into the workld in 24 hours performed at 7pm and 9pm. And then we do it all again.
